by running "pear upgrade-all" since few weeks i get such messages, because i delete the "doc" and "test"-folder since two years while i do not need them.

Why now the installer will make makus of some files from them an stops if the are not exists? That is a bad idea!

a normal upgrade and manually delete the doc/test-folders how i did it for two years
