When executing a simple Traceroute, Notice report at line 492 :
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 6 in C:\php\pear\Net\Traceroute.php on line 492

Adding :
$searchIdx = ($searchIdx == count($tempparts)) ? $searchIdx-1 : $searchIdx;
After :
two loops at 485, 489

Reproduce code:
