Description:
------------
date('T') in the UK during Summer-Time gives 'BST', which results in dates being set to 'Bangladesh Time' if $_DATE_TIMEZONE_DEFAULT is not preset.
This clearly needs to be added to the documentation.
Reproduce code:
---------------
require 'Date.php';
$today=new Date;
Expected result:
----------------
$today to have a GMT+1 date/time.
Actual result:
--------------
$today has 'Bangladesh Time'.

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with the package.
Unfortunately you are not using a current version of the package --
the problem might already be fixed. Please download a new
version from http://pear.php.net/packages.php
If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions, please change the package version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PEAR.
Hello,
Please try the latest release. I fixed a double entry in the TZ definition, which fallen in Bangladesh TZ.
