Description:
------------
In the UK the BST (British Summer Time) timezone is not returning the correct hour.
I reported this in an earlier bug.
I have now found (what i think is) the problem in the Date/TimeZone.php class.
The array defines BST as "Bangladesh Time", a typo i think as it should be 'BDT'.
'BST' => array(
'offset' => 21600000,
'longname' => "Bangladesh Time",
'shortname' => 'BDT',
'hasdst' => false ),
BST should be the same as GMT, with the 'hasdst' => true, I think?

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.
In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PEAR better.
