Lots of CS problems, including, but not limited to, the following:

1) no indentation inside functions
2) no braces for control structures

and most importantly:

extra linefeeds at the end of the file break lots of stuff... including HTTP headers and XML output.

I work on a new MP3_Id version, which makes the current MP3_Id obsolete. So, it makes no sense to spend any time for CS issues on stuff which becomes outdated.
