Hello,

the packages list all installed packeges in the pear-folder. But if you install an external packages like Horde_*, HTML_Template_PHPTAL etc., you get a fals link to the packages ("http://pear.php.net/html_template_phptal").
the link is combination of http://pear.php.net/ and the packagesname. and this get a fault with external packages.
