The file is named Rc4.php while the class is named RC4. I came across this because LiveUser uses this package and was including Crypt/RC4.php and failing.

Reproduce code:

require_once 'Crypt/RC4.php';

Expected result:
----------------
File is included correctly.

Actual result:
--------------
File is not included correctly.
