There are two very useful functions in the RPC src - they are: XML_RPC_decode and XML_RPC_encode. These should be described in the documentation. I wasn't able to find the docs. If the docs are there please correct me, but I wasn't able to locate docs on the subject. I only found the functions by hunting around in the RPC src. These are great timesavers. They shouldn't be hidden away.
