Hello!
The ini parser you use is really bad. In IniCommented it is not possible to use spaces between the key, value and the = character.
Look at the Yawp (http://wiki.ciaweb.net/yawiki/) main class. A good ini parser is in there.

The bug is fixed in the new version 1.10.4
