One of the following code lines dosent change anything on this fact.
$wiki->setRenderConf('Xhtml', 'translate', null);
or
$wiki->setRenderConf('Xhtml', 'translate', HTML_SPECIALCHARS);
Expected result:

Example utf-8 char: ń
Actual result:
--------------
Result: ń
