Reproduce code:

$BlowfishTest = new Crypt_Blowfish("wibble");

$EncryptedTest = $BlowfishTest->encrypt("4900");

echo $BlowfishTest->decrypt($EncryptedTest);

Expected result:
----------------
4900

Actual result:
--------------
