First of this Program is Great!!!

I ran the command line to update my pages and wanted to add the php license to them. The only problem is it only added the license to the first file and not the rest of the files. Want to bring this to your attention.

Reproduce code:
---------------
command line input (all one line)

php_beautifier -l
"Pear(add_header=php) ListClassFunction()"
-r "*.php* ./output/

Expected result:
----------------
license on all files

Actual result:
--------------
license only on the first file and not on the rest

Spelled the OS wrong from Lynix => suse linux
