URL's error out when changing Draft to Proposal

When I got to my proposal:

http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=279

And click Edit and then check the box to change status to
"Draft" and click "Save" I get the following error:

"The required link type and the URL do not match!"

Expected result:
----------------
I shouldn't get any error. The URL's went in just fine when I
added the proposal. The URL's work and the types appear to
match the URL's I've put in there.

Actual result:
--------------
It barfs on my valid URL's, but only when I click to switch
the status to "Proposal".
