I have tried to install PEAR on a shared hosting server using go-pear (v 1.77), installation seems successfull, but when trying to access the web frontend I get the following results:

Firefox: Page loads for about 10-20 seconds, then stops loading and nothing is displayed. Sometimes after a couple of minutes (after the loading icon has stopped) the header and side nav appear but images are broken, the only link that seems to work is for the settings, and the settings do not save, and are not the settings that were used during installation.

IE:Only the header loads, then after about 10 seconds of loading I get the IE page that says "This page cannot be displayed"
