I get a segfault when I attempt to run the command "pear config-show" as root.

Expected result:
----------------
I expect to see a list of config variables. I also expect to not have to run this command as root, but that's for a different bug report.

Actual result:
--------------
segfault. I was not able to get a backtrace.
