While implementing PEAR_Frontend_Gtk2 I had a very hard time finding out what methods a PEAR_Frontend needs to implement, as there is absolutely no documentation except the CLI and PHP-Gtk1 implementations, which have nearly no comments and no parameter descriptions.

Furthermore, please add a docblock to PEAR_Frontend#setFrontendClass stating it's a static function.
