I don't know if this should be seen as a bug or not.

In recent versions of PHP 5.1, and now the latest stable 5.1.0, a class called 'date' and 'timezone' exists. This generates a fatal error since it conflicts with the name of this package.

I understand that this is a big change ... but is there any other option than to change the class name?
