it looks like the http://pear.php.net search engine parses only the <summary> in package.xml

this summary : "unified API for RSS and Atom format XML feeds" would correct this bug and give the deserved feedback and bugreports necessary for his developement.

Test script:

http://pear.php.net/search.php?q=atom&in=packages

Expected result:
----------------
XML_Feed_Parser should be in the list

Actual result:
--------------
http://pear.php.net/search.php?q=atom&in=packages

Thanks. I had tried to make this change a while back but was
stopped by a bug in pearweb that prevented me from updating
the package page. That bug seems to have been fixed.
