some of the Submit functions are called with $name, $title and some are $title, $name. i'm sure that fixing this will break existing sites :-(.

would it be worth my time to submit docs for this package? it is nice and small and mostly works, but obviously it hasn't seen any development work for a long time. does the pear site actually use this package actively as the docs claim?
