Hi,
Just a little typo, but due to it, requests fail when made with the Urlencoded serializer. The class is named "HTML_AJAX_Serialize_Urlencoded", but HTML_AJAX->_getSerializer() attempts to load $class = 'HTML_AJAX_Serializer_'.$type; (n.b. HTML_AJAX_Serialize>>r<<) at line 485.

Fixed in svn, we should be doing a 0.3.5 release shortly
