{
if (isset($_SESSION['__HTTP_Session_Expire_TS']) && $_SESSION['__HTTP_Session_Expire_TS'] < time()) {
return true;
} else {
return false;
}
}

When __HTTP_Session_Expire_TS is less then the actual time then the Seession is Valid! So it should be isExpired() = FALSE and not true!
