I'm trying to upgrade PEAR 1.4.9 to 1.4.10 by using the web interface.
This results in a popup window where the following error is shown:

pear/PEAR conflicts with package "pear/PEAR_Frontend_Web" (version <= 0.5.0, excluded versions: 0.5.0), installed version is 0.5.1
upgrade failed

Test script:
---------------
Clicked on the green plus sign at the PEAR package

Expected result:
----------------
A smooth upgrade to PEAR 1.4.10

Actual result:
--------------
a popup window with a var dump and an error message at the bottom:
