The Numbers_Roman package does not install using the pear cli.

Reproduce code:

pear install Numbers_Roman

Expected result:
----------------
Numbers_Roman would install

Actual result:

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at
http://pear.php.net/packages.php
