Hello,

I was trying to install a copy of PEAR on my website. Everything went good, until I recieved an error during installation. I am on a shared hosting plan, and I have access only to a Cpanel installation and FTP to administer my website.

I did not edit the go-pear.php file, simply copied the entire page (http://go-pear.org) into notepad, saved as go-pear.php and uploaded it to my website.

Expected result:

Actual result:

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'pear' in /home/user/public_html/install/go-pear.php on line 737
