For some reason it seems that HTML_Template_Flexy does not run under PHP Safe Mode. Exact version of PHP where this happens is
PHP 5.2.0-8 (cgi-fcgi) (built: Dec 17 2006 19:57:41)

Test script:

Just run normal configuration under safe mode.

Expected result:
----------------
A normal website

Actual result:
--------------
All elements are rendered as 'Array'.
