Description:
------------
In the PEAR FAQ says that if I have trouble with "No handlers for package.xml version 2.0" then I have to upgrade PEAR, but last PEAR (1.5.0) needs Structure_Graph and it does the error when I try to install it, so I can't leave this cicle. I've tried with a lower PEAR but the error still appear, please help me.

I have this same problem on windows. PEAR 1.3.6 installs fine, however I cannot upgrade PEAR because it cannot handle the Package 2.0 file format.

If I try to install the newest Structures_Graph, I receive the same error "No handlers for package.xml version 2.0".

Installing a previous version (1.0.1) of Structures_Graph works, but even after the installation of a previous version, I cannot update the latest version, nor can I update PEAR.

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with the package.
Unfortunately you are not using a current version of the package --
the problem might already be fixed. Please download a new
version from http://pear.php.net/packages.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions, please change the package version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PEAR.

I've uploaded v1.0.3 of the package, with the only difference being that it uses the v1.0 package.xml. It should work ok. Please try upgrading PEAR with the follow deps switch on.
